These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on truvayn.com from TRUVAYN ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products
TRUVAYN Hair Treatment is a cosmetic scalp and hair care product (100 ml / 3.38 fl. oz.). It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including hair loss conditions. Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results may vary from person to person.

For external use only. Please read the full ingredient list and do a patch test before first use. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.

Our products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without our written permission.

3. Prices
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay for the products. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.
Shipping is free on all orders.
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Only one discount code can be used per order, unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
5. Placing an Order
Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping information and payment details.
Review your order and confirm your purchase.
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or limited stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at contact@truvayn.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but it is still covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipping: 7-12 business days in the United States, 7-20 business days internationally.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your package is lost, contact us if it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Opened and used products are accepted.

11. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@truvayn.com. We reply within 24 hours and will do our best to resolve it quickly, including through our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution of your issue.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
